In this tour you will be able to explore the most popular destinations of Turkey but at the same time you will have relaxing days in between to enjoy the beaches and the towns on your own.

Day 1 - Arrive in Istanbul and check in Hotel. Free time.

Day 2 - Visit Topkapı, Blue Mosque and Ayasofya (St. Sophia). Then take the bus to Ankara. Overnight in Ankara.

Day 3 - Visit the Anatolian Civilization Museum & the old town and drive to Hattuşaş. After visiting Yazılıkaya and Hattuşaş , overnight in Amasya.

Day 4 - Visit the Roman Rock Tombs and then City tour. Leave for Trabzon. Overnight in Trabzon.

Day 5 - St.Sophia Church and Sümela Monastry. Then to Erzurum via Bayburt.Overnight in Erzurum.

Day 6 - After visiting the historic sites of Erzurum, twin minaret medrese, three kümbets.Depart for Osk Vank Church Then Tortum Waterfalls and overnight in Kars.

Day 7 - Ani , the Armenian Ruins. Photo stops on the way to Doğubeyazıt. Overnight in Doğubeyazıt.

Day 8 - İshakpaşa Palace, very strange and exzotic decorative building of 19th century.Stop at Muradiye Waterfalls Then arrive at Van Castle, Urartian site. Overnight in Van.

Day 9 - Early drive to the Hoşap Castle.Then visit Akdamar Island with a fascinating Armenian church.Arrive in Tatvan in the afternoon and take minibuses to Nemrut Mountain for crater lakes. Overnight in Ahlat by the lake.

Day 10 - Visit Ahlat Cemetery and newly excavated ruins. Then drive to Hasankeyf via Malabadi Bridge. Visit the Dramatic site of Hasankeyf.Then drive to Diyarbakır. Overnight in Diyarbakır.

Day 11 - Visit the city walls and and the Syrean Church.Then leave for Kahta to see the sunset on the summit of mount Nemrut where you can see the stone heads of gods, animals and the king Antiochus I. Before sunset we take Karakuş way to see the Cendere Bridge then we visit the ancient Commagene capital of Arsamia. The site has İnteresting stone reliefs including one featuring the God Heraclus shaking hands with the founder of Commagene.

Day 12 - Depart for Urfa.On the way pay a short visit to the Atatürk Dam which is the 4th biggest in the world.Then arrive in Harran where prophet Abraham was born and the first university was established. Looking at the dusty settlement today it’s difficult to believe that Harran was a major economic, religious and cultural centre evenas far back as 2000 years BC.The unique design of the beehive houses allow them to remain cool in the summer and warm in the winter. In the afternoon we visit Göbekli Tepe, Balıklı Göl and Abraham’s cave and covered bazaar in the old town of Urfa. Then drive to Gaziantep.Overnight in Gaziantep.

Day 13 - Visit the Zeugma Museum, then depart for Cappadocia via Kahramanmaraş. Overnight in Cappodocia

Day 14 - The Undergrand city of Kaymaklı, Uçhisar, view points over Göreme.Göreme Open –Air museum with rock-cut churches from Byzantine times (11-12 th century AD) then Avanos the pottery town , Pasha Valley , Devrent Valley and overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 15 - Take the early flight to Istanbul. Take a boat trip through The Bosphorus. Free afternoon for spice market & Grand Bazaar or take the bus to Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 16 - Free time in Istanbul. Then flight back home.
